| I think this is a great kit with more than I expected. The jump rope is long enough that you can fitit to anyones size and the 2 bands are just the right resistance to give a wide variety of clients a good workout. |

| It's nice to have, but I don't think you need all that stuff. And quality isn't all that great either. |

| The resistance bands really should have some resistance to them to be effective. As for the grip thing and the jumprope, you have to try pretty hard to mess those up. The only really useful thing in here is the bag. |
