♥♥♥ Help!! Ok i’ve been on a low fat low carb diet since june 24 & now its july 20 & i lost 23 pounds!!! great?
But the problem is im losing everything besides my hips and thighs. im 16, 5′1 and i weigh 122. how do i lose the fat in my hips and thighs? im currently using the bally total fitness thigh toner for about 1week now 2 times a day. so should i just wait the 3rd week to check for results?? what am i doing wrong? wat should i eat to help lose the fat on my thighs? without running on a tred mill. IF UR GOING TO LECTURE ME DONTTTT ANSWER, KK? THNXXX
23 pounds in under a month?! woah lol, The max you should have lost is 12 pounds! A healthy weight loss is between 1-3 pounds a week 
Unless you want to eat Low Carb for the rest of your life, When you stop “Dieting” you’ll put all the weight back on.
I’m not lecturing, but simply saying you should make Lifestyle changes. Eat healthily, including the odd carbs. Excersise moderately and you’ll do fine
Now, For thighs.. I’d recommend walking, or spinning. You use your leg muscles for that and you’ll lose alot of thigh fat.
Keep up the work with the thigh toner, and you’ll see results soon enough.
