How to Get Rid of Love Handles
Here are some easy ways on how to get rid of love handles pretty fast. If you’re disgusted with your love handles and want to finally lose the fat on your sides, read this now.
1. Avoid direct exercises, instead do “localized” cardio
You don’t want to do direct exercises to your love handles because that will build up the muscles UNDER the fat. The end result is the love handles will be pushed out even further. NOT GOOD!
Instead, you need to focus on cardio around the love handles area. For that, I highly recommend using a hula hoop. To be even more exact, use a WEIGHTED hula hoop since these are better for adults and easier to keep from falling to the ground.
If you’re a woman, the twirling of a hula hoop mimics the way belly dancers dance. Belly dancers are known for their curvy, toned, feminine bodies. This is what you’re after… a soft, feminine, lean look.
So use the hula hoop for anywhere from 10-15 minutes everyday in your spare time. Do it for 1-2 minutes at a time. Do it all at once. It doesn’t matter. I personally prefer doing 2 minutes at a time during commercials.
2. Get rid of bloated water weight from your love handles and waist
You’re carrying at least 5 unnecessary pounds of water weight due to the fact that your body thinks water is scarce. I know that because most overweight clients of mine don’t drink much water. This “TRAINS” their body to think water is scarce. The end result is that the body retains extra water just in case there’s an “emergency” water shortage.
Well, obviously if you live in a developed country like the USA there isn’t really a water shortage. The problem simply is you don’t drink enough water. I know it’s been said to you millions of times to drink more water, but hopefully this explanation helps you see the wisdom in the BORING advice.
My suggestion is that you immediately drink an extra 40-60 ounces of water each day. If your urine comes out clear, then you’re drinking enough water. If it comes out yellow, you need to continue adding water until your urine comes out clear consistently.
